1 egg
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, peas, corn, red bell pepper)
2 small broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp flaxseeds
Salt & pepper to taste
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Egg:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil.
Crack the egg into the pan and cook sunny-side up until the whites are set.
2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:
In the same pan, add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender.
