📝 Ingredients:
1 cup cooked white rice
1 chicken breast, diced
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, sliced
¼ small red onion, finely chopped
1 cup spinach or mixed greens
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp spicy mayo (for drizzle)
1 tsp fresh mint or parsley (optional)
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced chicken, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
